Our company is now more than 20 years old, having been founded in 1997. Using the very best equipment available on the market as well as our own patented technologies, we started out manufacturing alternative DIY-products for wall and ceiling decoration. After several years in business, we soon became one of the industry leaders.
All of our materials are M1 and A1 category and are free from harmful chemical compounds. The manufacturing of VOC-free products is our main priority!
Our professional Research and Development Department is working towards ever higher quality standards in our product development. We comply with all quality-control international safety standards and have all necessary international safety certification.

SILK PLASTER industrial plants are located in Europe and are the largest enterprises of their kind. The company has its head office in the Latvian capital, Riga, with qualified engineers, designers and managers working in our divisions located all over the world in locations as diverse as Kiev, Moscow, Dubai and Berlin.
And as a globally recognised company, we regularly attend international trade fairs and exhibitions all over the world as we continue to expand our operations globally.

SILK PLASTER is fire resistant (COFRAC standard France) and has been awarded numerous certificates of excellence including the AgBB-Scheme (Cologne, Germany), the EU Declaration of Performance (DoP), and the M1 emission certificate of building materials (Helsinki, Finland). SILK PLASTER’s internationally-recognised quality labels include "E3 Ecology, Energy, Efficiency” issued in 2014.
